We ask first-time signers to sign up and authenticate one-time passwords to verify their identity. Once you register, you can also send 2 free signature requests per month.
IN-Box includes documents that were sent to you, whereas OUT-Box includes the documents you send to others. This means that if you send yourself a document for signature, it will appear in both "IN-Box" and "OUT-Box".
If you wish to establish a sequential order, i.e., signer two can sign the document only if signer one has completed signing, you can enable this feature in the signature configuration setting.
Under [Free], we allow using 2 different emails, with which you can send out and receive signature requests. You can add the email after verifying one-time password under "User Setting". The email you sent the request with will be reflected in the audit trail.
An audit trail is a time-stamped log that tracks the document along with metadata such as phone number, email, IP Address, etc. It is available for download once the signature request is complete.

[Infinity] users can curate groups from their contact list to bulk send signature request. For example, you can create a group of vendors, to whom you send regular contract renewals for signature.
You may upgrade or downgrade your covosign plan at any time. Upgrading to a higher tier will take effect immediately, whereas downgrading will preserve access to advanced features until the end of the billing cycle.
Once you have tested our features in the sandbox environment and are ready to go live, we will set up a meeting to clarify your integration workflow, usage estimate, and onboarding process. We will then send an API Licensing Agreement and grant access upon signing.
